Community Strategy v2

Update on our community strategy As refer to previous update https://app.gitbook.com/s/2BR7y2geHnphKTeIcGxJ/news/december-26-2021, we listened to the feedback on the tier 3 management, we came out with the following strategy: For the tier 3 whitelist, we typically will select 400 lucky winners for the FCFS tier 3 round for every IDO allocation. The 400 lucky winners will then be selected via the following mechanism:

• 200 winners will be selected from gleam competition based on random/referral, which we have posted in twitter - refer to the update here - https://twitter.com/Oxbull5/status/1491052232254844929?s=20&t=KsQG0Kzx5aIsyrCMAXXQ1A. (Typically we have around 10k submission in gleam competition, so the chances to be selected is 2%)

• 200 guaranteed winner will be selected from the tier 3 group based on active participation and contribution. Join here, the group will be capped at 250 only - https://t.me/+NfQYmJjSSVszYWY0

All lucky winners should hold 50 OXB in wallet or stake 200 OXS in staking pool.

Tier 3 Community group will be only opened for limited period of time, and will continuously managed, (e.g. inactive participants will be removed, and we will add in new community members to take the place). We will also consistently do giveaway and information sharing for tier 3 group to ensure continuous engagement.
