Community Strategy v3

Update on our community strategy, As refer to previous update https://t.me/Oxbull_tech_announcement/2383.

Tier 3 group is starting to recruit members again.

Updates:

-We gave guaranteed slots for Tier 3 to our active members in the group.

-Inactive users have been removed from the group.

-As we promised before, 50 BUSD rewards were distributed to 10 lucky people.

-It was decided to increase the number of members to 500.

-Top 200 people will get guaranteed slots for tier 3.

-The 3 most active people will be rewarded each week.

-Inactive members will be removed from the group as a result of weekly checks.
